DAVID POTTER
Non Executive Chairman, 64
David Potter is the former Deputy Chairman of Investec Bank
UK. Prior to this he was Group CEO of Guinness Mahon Group.
Between 1981-1989, David was a Managing Director of Samuel
Montagu, Midland Montagu and Midland Global Corporate Banking
(now HSBC). David was also a Managing Director of CSFB and
its predecessor companies (1969-1981). David is currently
non executive Chairman of Camco International and a non executive
director of New Media Spark, Noble Group, Quercus Publishing
and Solar Integrated Technologies. David Potter was appointed
to the Board on 29 May 2007.
PETER COOPER
Non Executive Director, 55
Peter Cooper is the head of Cooper Capital Partners LP, a
private investment fund with venture capital interests and
investments in private companies and a significant shareholder
in VYCON. Peter Cooper practiced law for eleven years as a
partner with Russell McVeagh, one of the leading law firms
in New Zealand.
JENS CHRISTIAN MATHIESEN
Non Executive Director, 50
Jens Christian Mathiesen is Assistant Managing Director of
BankInvest, a Danish based asset manager and significant investor
in VYCON. He has 21 years experience in capital markets, project
financing and direct equity investments. Prior to joining
BankInvest, Jens Christian Mathiesen held senior positions
with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development
and Nordea Bank A/S (Denmark).

Vatche Artinian is the co-founder and current Chairman of Calnetix, a significant shareholder in VYCON. Mr. Artinian was instrumental in the creation of VYCON. He has a total of 20 years of experience in the industry including successfully founding and selling two previous startup operations. Mr. Artinian has also developed and managed product lines at Allied Signal and Honeywell Corporations.

DeLATTRE - President
MBA, San Diego University, BS West Coast University
Promoted to President in 2009, Frank DeLattre joined VYCON in 2007 to take the helm of the UPS and Power Quality division of the company. DeLattre brings a wealth of knowledge and technical sales experience in both domestic and international markets, having spent over twenty years in power quality and related industries.
DeLattre began his career at Topaz Electronics, a manufacturer of Uninterruptible Power Systems. In 1990, he joined Deltec Electronics Inc., also a manufacturer of UPS Systems, as Vice President of International Sales. In 1999, he joined Active Power, a manufacturer of flywheel energy storage systems. In 2003, he was appointed Vice President of Sales for Cherokee International, a leading manufacturer of AC-DC custom power supplies. Prior to joining VYCON, DeLattre served as Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Service at Pentadyne, a Los Angeles based flywheel company.

Craig Glynn joined VYCON in June 2008. He has over 24 years experience in finance and accounting and has held key positions in a range of companies including technology and manufacturing companies. His most recent role was as Chief Financial Officer of Hilex Poly Co. LLC, a $500 million turnover company employing over 2,000 employees at manufacturing facilities across the United States.
Mr. Glynn has significant experience in manufacturing, strategic
planning, operations, and mergers and acquisitions gained
at a variety of businesses of different sizes and at different
stages of development.
From 1994 to 2008, Mr. Glynn served in senior financial roles
at a variety of businesses engaged in manufacturing, technology
development and other activities. All of these businesses
were in their early stages. Mr. Glynn started his career at
Deloitte and Touche in their Los Angeles practice.
